– For packages that only offer Internet lectures, a refund request is made within 7 days of the payment date prior to the start of the course

※ Non-refundable

– If you issue a course certificate, you cannot get a refund even if there is a refundable period left to prevent abuse cases.
– If you damage or download textbooks and components, it is a product that can be copied and used for other purposes, so a refund is not possible.
– Refunds are not possible if you have taken an Internet lecture.
(If the provision of digital contents is initiated pursuant to Article 17 (2) 5 of the Electronic Commerce Act, withdrawal of subscription is restricted.)
– In the case of lifelong courses, refunds are not possible during the free extension period, consisting of free lifelong extension courses after the normal course period.

※ In the case of device-combined goods
– Returns are not possible if there are any traces of use or damage to the electronic device.
– Warranty service for electronic devices follows each manufacturer's policy. Any matters related to electronic devices should be handled by contacting the relevant customer service center.
– After delivery, a round-trip shipping fee due to a simple change of mind will be charged 8,000 won per box. (An additional amount may be incurred depending on the island area or the weight or size of the box.)

■ Each order may take from a minimum of 2 business days to a maximum of 7 business days from the date of payment. Upon confirmation of the deposit, the order status will be changed to product ready/delivery ready, and if it is shipped normally, it can be checked by the invoice number.

■ Please understand that Jeju Island and islands and mountains may be delayed by up to 7 business days from the general area.

■ Please understand that products such as temporary out of stock and waiting for warehousing may take more than a week to be released.

■ If you announce that you are not available, such as on holidays or exhibitions, it may be delayed more than this, and in this case, we will notify you separately.

Returns and exchanges
■ When returning a product, contact us first, discuss the reason for return, courier, shipping cost, and return address, and send a return product.

■ Seller-designated book distribution: Different by product

■ Return shipping fee: KRW 30,000 one way for the electronic drum set / KRW 10,000 one way for products other than the one-way set

■ Exchange shipping: KRW 60,000 for round trip / KRW 20,000 for products other than the electronic drum set / KRW 20,000 for round trip

■ Requested period due to reason for return/exchange: Buyer's simple change of mind is not returned/exchanged within 7 days from the receipt of the product (purchaser's return shipping fee), if the display/advertisement is different from the contract, within 3 months from the receipt of the product or within 30 days from the date of knowing that the product is different from the display/advertisement

■ Reasons for non-return/exchange

1. If the return request period has passed
2. Where a product, etc. is lost or damaged due to the purchaser's responsible cause
3. If the package is damaged due to the buyer's responsible cause and the value of the product is significantly lost
4. When the value of the product has been significantly reduced by the use of the buyer or some consumption
5. Where the value of a product, etc. has significantly decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell over time
6. For custom-made products that will be produced according to the customer's request
7. Where the packaging of a reproducible product, etc. is damaged
